As we reflect on what has gotten us to where we are as a nation, we recognize that with all the information accessible to us we still do little to change our current situation. There is always immediate outrage  following these tragic events but not much action to ensure they cease to continue. This work holds up a mirror to our short lived outrage, calling for accountability and a change in behavior.
